Here are four events to check out this weekend:

Wheelhouse Café Book reading

Greenport native and author Yvonne Lieblein will share passages and music from her debut novel “The Wheelhouse Café” at Floyd Memorial Library in Greenport on Friday, Feb. 26. There will be a Q&A session and Lieblein will also sign copies of her book.

The event is free and runs from 6 to 7 p.m. Floyd Memorial Library is located at 539 First Street in Greenport.

HarborFrost Festival

The 6th Annual HarborFrost Festival kicks off Friday, February 26 with a classic rock concert at the Bay Street Theater in Sag Harbor.

Tickets are $30 at the door and the show begins at 8 p.m. For more information call 631-725-9500 or visit baystreet.org. The Bay Street Theater is located at 1 Bay Street in Sag Harbor.

HarborFrost continues all day Saturday, February 27, with the “Frosty Plunge” on Windmill Beach at noon, then from 3 to 6 p.m. enjoy ice carving demos, fire jugglers, fire dancers, live music, food, vendors and fireworks at 6:15 p.m. There will also be a a community hike at 10 a.m. in Mashashimuet Park on Sunday morning.

Free the Trees Cleanup

Help clean up brush and bramble in Mashomack Nature Preserve on Saturday, Feb. 27.

Winter is a great time to get out and eradicate invasive vines and other problematic plants. Bring work gloves and come make a difference from 10 a.m. to noon. There is no fee to attend and water and snack will be provided.

Songs on a Sunday Afternoon

Singer Linda Bonaccorso will perform Sunday, Feb. 28 at Shelter Island Presbyterian Church.

Bonaccorso, a Shelter Islander, will present “A Celebration of God’s Love,” a vocal program of gospel, hymns, and contemporary Christian music.  The free concert begins at 3 p.m. and a reception will follow.
