Led by BBQ pitmaster Matty Boudreau, Baron’s Cove will serve up a series of Berkshire-style barbecues and shellfish cookouts this summer.
A member of the Salty Rinse BBQ team with Rob Shawger of Pig Beach and Matt Abdoo of Del Posto, Boudreau brings the summer cookouts to the newly renovated Sag Harbor hotel, where he serves as executive chef beginning next Sunday, July 24.
The barbecues consist of hot-off-the-grill smoked rib-eye, dry rub smoked organic chicken, pork ribs, brisket and more. Enjoy all of that while taking in harbor views from the outdoor terrace and sipping on a crisp glass of rosé or a local beer. There will also be live music at each event, starting with the popular local Jon Divello Trio next Sunday.
The Shellfish Fests feature lobster, corn and potatoes.
