In 2015, Lexi Ritsch and Louisa Young, founders of Hamptons Aristocrat, made a name for themselves in the farm fresh food business by introducing a new way to entertain on the East End.
The pair bring locally sourced, organic and colorful fare to their customers door, whether for a party, rehearsal dinner, wedding, cocktail soiree or other special occasion — served from their 1969 Aristocrat Caravan Cocktail Bar.
New this season, Lexi and Louisa are launching Farm-to-Fete delivered, a solution for entertaining and dining-in this summer. The service will provide all the ingredients to create the perfect menu for hosting a party or a quiet dinner for two.
Chef Louisa sources local ingredients from farmers and market stands — such as bread from Carissa’s Breads, eggs from Browder’s Birds, dairy from Ronny Brook Farms, and organic berries and citrus from The Green Thumb — to produce highly curated, pre-prepared dining experiences brought in on beautiful wooden boards (no caterer required).
Among the available offerings is a creative slider menu, which can include tuna BLTs, lobster croissants, pulled pork sliders, chicken salad pita with apple jalapeño. Or you could opt for a Harvest Spread with assorted cheeses, pickled veggies and a seasonal dip.
While the Farm-To-Fete menu is ideal for events and parties, Hamptons Aristocrat also offers a Farm-To-Feast menu for family style dining, a Single-Fete selection for personal and intimate meals, and even Farm-To-Pantry in which Hamptons Aristocrat will bring an array of pantry items sourced local farms and food purveyors to those who could use a little help stocking their shelves.
So whether it’s just you and a few friends around the pool for lunch, or a full-on formal cocktail party, Hamptons Aristocrat has a menu for all your fetes.
