Food trucks, food vendors and other product vendors are needed for this year’s Shelter Island 10K after-party, which has been dubbed “Revelry on the Rock.”

The race and accompanying party are set for Saturday, June 18.

This year, for the first time, the island’s 10K after-party is being produced by Hampton Event Management International. Based in Amagansett, HEMI has produced events in and around the Hamptons for the last 40 years.

“They brought us on to manage it and help grow it into a bigger event,” said HEMI coordinating assistant Nicole Yanaros.

The annual 10K race is the largest event of the season on Shelter Island and HEMI expects more than 3,500 attendees this year.

This year’s post-race party will feature a vendor village at The Island Boatyard and Marina, which will include live music, D.J.s, food trucks, food vendors, a wellness area, a children’s village and much more. Musical acts already scheduled to perform include the Hoodoo Loungers and DJ Twilo.

Food trucks like Hampton Coffee Company, The Inn Spot, The Sea Bean, Nice Buns Slammin’ Sliders, Pizza.Rita and Whole-Le Crepe have also signed on, but more are needed.

They are still looking for a few more food trucks, artisanal food purveyors and active lifestyle brands to participate, Yanaros said.

The 37th Annual Shelter Island 10K Race kicks off June 18 at 5:30 p.m. “Revelry on the Rock” will take place that evening from 7 to 11 p.m.

Proceeds for the Shelter Island 10K go to the Shelter Island 10K Community Fund, East End Hospice, and Timothy Hill Children’s Ranch.
